Medical Laboratory Technician

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing superior patient care by collecting and processing samples, performing analytical testing, and supporting quality assurance efforts in the lab.

Salary Description: $28.54 - $42.80 per hour

Duties to include:

• Collects and process specimens in order to provide appropriate sample that will be used to aid in the diagnosis and treatment.
• Performs analytic testing of body fluids, cells, and other substances in order to provide timely results to provider to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintains equipment on scheduled basis to assure quality results.
• Performs quality control as required to assure accuracy of results.
• Maintains complete and accurate electronic patient records to improve communication between providers and supports billing practices.
