Medical Malpractice Attorney

The Miami, Florida, office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its expanding Medical Malpractice practice group.
Are you an experienced litigator ready to take the next step in your career and gain meaningful courtroom experience? HBS offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside accomplished medical malpractice litigators, with hands-on involvement in case development, litigation strategy, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy. This is an opportunity to sharpen your litigation skills, learn from seasoned trial attorneys, and play an active role in taking cases to trial.

Qualifications

At least three years of insurance defense litigation experience.
Medical malpractice experience preferred.
Substantial personal trial advocacy experience strongly preferred.
Attorneys with significant trial experience in other complex litigation practice areas will also be considered.
Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Strong analytical, research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
