Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the local Medical Affairs strategy
• Act as primary medical expert for Rheumatology and Urology portfolio
• Provide scientific support to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory)
• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
• Conduct field visits to deliver scientific exchange (MSL activities)
• Identify data gaps and support evidence generation initiatives (IIS, local studies)
• Support product launches and lifecycle management
• Monitor scientific developments and competitive landscape
• Organize advisory boards and medical events
• Provide medical training to internal teams
• Manage medical information requests

• Geography: Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Coverage: Key portfolio (Rheumatology and Urology)
• Role Type: Standalone position
• Split: Strategic + Operational + Field-based

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD or PhD preferred)
• Experience in Medical Affairs, MSL or similar role
• Understanding of clinical development and regulatory framework
• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
