Position Summary
The Medical Material Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all medical logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and biomedical equipment maintenance activities performed under the contract. This position ensures contractual compliance, operational effectiveness, mission success, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, communication, and performance management.
The Medical Material Supervisor must be available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:0 p.m., excluding federal holidays and government facility closures.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Program Oversight

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure successful execution of all contract requirements within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with government representatives, customers, subcontractors, and company leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement timely corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain succession plans for key personnel positions.

Operational Management
• Oversee daily warehouse, inventory, and medical material management operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities associated with biomedical equipment and warehouse assets.
• Establish, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance.


Personnel Management
• Supervise, mentor, and develop personnel to maximize performance and engagement.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and certification requirements.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
• Administer corrective and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Promote employee retention and professional development initiatives.
