Medical Officer
Clinical Duties:
Diagnose and treat medical conditions across age groups.
Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
Refer patients to specialists or higher-level facilities when necessary.
Preventive and Public Health Services:
Participate in health awareness, immunization, and outreach programs.
Monitor and report communicable diseases in line with public health requirements.
Provide health education and counseling to patients and communities.
Administrative Duties:
Supervise paramedical and nursing staff to ensure effective patient care.
Maintain inventory of medical supplies, drugs, and equipment.
Ensure adherence to medical protocols and infection control policies.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or health programs.
Emergency Services:
Provide timely medical attention to emergency and trauma cases.
Be available for on-call duty as required.
Collaboration & Training:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
