Are you passionate about helping people and creating positive first impressions? White Cross Henderson is looking for a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our team.

As one of the first points of contact for patients, you'll play an important role in making every visit a positive experience. From welcoming patients to supporting our clinical team, you'll help ensure people feel comfortable, supported and well cared for.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are quite the same. Working alongside our clinical and administration teams, you'll help keep the practice running smoothly while delivering a welcoming, patient-focused experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Managing appointments, cancellations and patient enquiries
• Registering patients and maintaining accurate patient information
• Handling incoming calls and coordinating bookings
• Providing administrative support to clinicians and the wider team
• Processing payments and managing front desk responsibilities
• Helping create an efficient, organised and positive clinic environment

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great service and can confidently manage a varied workload.

You'll bring:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A warm, approachable and professional manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies
• The ability to multitask, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
• Previous administration, reception or customer service experience

Experience in a medical practice or healthcare environment is beneficial but not essential. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys helping others and brings a positive, team-focused attitude to work.
