About the role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their entire visit. Your day will include:

Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and efficiency
Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalities
Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing accurately
Handling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrers
Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting smooth clinic flow
Working closely with clinical staff to keep the day running seamlessly
Supporting our Liverpool clinic on occasion as required

About you

Strong customer service skills, gained in any industry such as retail, hospitality or call centres
A warm, calm and professional manner, especially with patients who may be anxious or unwell
Flexibility to work a varied roster, with shifts that may start as early as 6:45am or finish at 5:00pm
Willingness to work at our Liverpool clinic on occasion
Strong attention to detail and confidence with computer systems
