Responsibilities
- Answering multi-phone lines
- Scheduling appointments and procedures
- Checking patients in/out
- Data entry, patient registration, loading insurance
- Scanning and processing paperwork in the electronic medical records system
- Processing payments and co-pays
Requirements & Skills
- Medical office/ medical terminology required
- Previous patient scheduling experience required
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and be able to prioritize and multitask
- Must display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families
