Medical Records Clerk
Ampla Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to support our clinical team by managing and maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR). The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and committed to patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update patient EHRs, ensuring accurate scanning and documentation
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and handle medical record requests
  • Answer patient inquiries regarding records and assist with portal communications
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed and support reception staff
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal protocols
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new records staff

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational, typing, and filing skills
  • Office/medical clerical experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Punjabi, or Hmong) a plus
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform routine office tasks
