About the Position: This position supports Tumor Registry by using knowledge of both standardized and specialized medical records and quality assurance, incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of technical duties necessary for the development, maintenance and analysis of diagnostic and therapeutic cancer data. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Assists In compiling and maintaining a comprehensive database.
Reviews standard and electronic patient medical records.
Assists in maintaining all tumor registry files.
Identifies and codes topography, morphology, and other relevant information for each reportable incidence of cancer.
Sets up, organizes, inputs, and maintains patient data.
