Medical Records/Transportation Secretary
Summary
Administrative role organizing medical records, handling data entry, and assisting with youth transportation at a residential treatment program for adolescents.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
- Organize and file the medical records system, which includes electronic and paper.
- A monthly audit of the medical records system.
- Data entry for internal and external organizations. (JRI/DMH/DESE)
- Assist the HR rep with projects, like filing/ organizing training materials/ mail
- Assist the nursing and clinical department with client transportation

- Must be 21 years or older.
- Associates in human services preferred
- 1 -2 years experience with children/ adolescents.
- Residential and/or inpatient experience required.
- Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting youth that we serve is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
- At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for youth that we serve!
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
