Medical Recruiter (US, Canada, Australia and UK base)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across multiple job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct 100+ candidate outreach calls daily to drive hiring success.
• Utilize Recruiter Lite, Zoho, ATS, and CRM tools to track and manage candidate pipelines.
• Leverage automation, AI, and Zapier to improve efficiency in recruitment workflows.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential hires.
• Manage recruitment for large hospitals, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently.
• Utilize Instagram, email marketing, and other sourcing techniques to attract talent.
• Maintain compliance with hiring policies and best practices.
