Medical Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh Region, and Haryana areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. - Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to promote products and provide information on new and existing products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals to educate them about the benefits and uses of our products. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Required Skills: - Proven experience in pharma sales or as a Medical Representative. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
