Medical Representative

Work Location: Urumqi

【Job Description】

• Actively promote company products within the assigned territory, establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers, achieve company targets in a legal and compliant manner, and ensure the market reputation and standing of company products.

【Product Promotion】

• Achieve designated product promotion targets within the assigned territory and effectively integrate and utilize resources.

• Develop and implement visit plans for target customers in accordance with company-mandated coverage and visit frequency requirements.

• Utilize appropriate promotional techniques and effectively leverage product materials to provide medical information and introduce products to customers (including addressing inquiries), ensuring they understand and accept the product's characteristics and benefits.

• Maintain a high standard of professional visits, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and build long-term, positive business relationships.

• Identify potential in existing customers and continuously develop new customers to drive the increase of the company's market share.

• Execute company market development strategies and plans, and complete new product listing plans.

• Organize specialized academic activities to promote products according to company promotional strategies.

• Regularly analyze regional conditions to identify potential customers and regional development priorities, quickly and accurately finding business breakthroughs and opportunities.

• Effectively, compliantly, and reasonably utilize company expenses and resources.

【Product Knowledge】

• Master comprehensive, continuously updated product knowledge to ensure that promotional information remains consistent with the company's marketing department.

• Through continuous learning, become familiar with relevant product materials and apply them skillfully and flexibly.

• Fully study and utilize other materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion.

• Understand relevant knowledge of competitors' similar products.

【Professional Conduct】

• Ensure strict adherence to all company SOPs and compliance policies during product promotion and daily work, guaranteeing that personal conduct aligns with company ethical standards and principles.

• Maintain a professional image, with attire meeting professional standards and behavior consistent with company requirements.

• Demonstrate dedication and active commitment to the role.

【Teamwork】

• Actively participate in all team activities.

• Share and exchange information with colleagues, support one another, and foster both individual and team development.

• Complete various ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Education: Associate degree or above; Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred.

• Experience: 2-3+ years of experience as a hospital sales representative at a foreign pharmaceutical company; experience in specialty areas such as neurology is preferred.
