About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical or field sales and be comfortable building relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
  
• Conduct regular doctor and pharmacy visits within the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  
• Manage distributors and retailers where applicable.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
  
• Develop the assigned territory and increase product penetration.
  
• Identify new doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and healthcare institutions.
  

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical or field sales.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills.
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel for field work.
  
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  
• Candidates with pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience will be preferred.
