About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Villupuram.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical or field sales and be interested in building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
  
• Conduct regular doctor, hospital and pharmacy visits within the assigned territory.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and expand the assigned sales territory.
  
• Manage distributor and retailer relationships where applicable.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  
• Identify new doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and healthcare institutions.
  
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical or field sales.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel for field work.
  
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  
• Candidates with pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience will be preferred.
