Position Summary

This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who can execute independently and has the potential to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new physician office relationships
• Conduct in-person visits with doctors, office managers, and staff
• Open and onboard new accounts
• Drive consistent test volume from active clients
• Maintain regular follow-up and pipeline tracking
• Provide market feedback and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required (medical sales preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a field-based role
• Interest in growing into a leadership position
