Medical Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical, Hospital & Clinic Accounts, Incentives) #HDC1

A growing pharmaceutical company is looking for Sales Representatives to promote its products to healthcare professionals. You will own your territory, build lasting relationships with doctors and pharmacists and grow the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Promote the company's products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Conduct product presentations and educational sessions
• Monitor market and competitor activity and share insights with the team
• Follow up on orders, tenders and customer queries
• Plan and manage regular customer visits efficiently
• Coordinate with marketing and medical teams on product events
• Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports
• Comply with industry codes of practice and company policies

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or a related discipline and above
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare products is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Good planning and time-management skills
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly
• Valid driving licence is an advantage
• No prior sales experience required for the right attitude; training provided
