Sigma, Inc., is looking for a Medical Secretary to work on-site within the Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care unit in Lexington, MA
Shift timings: , 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM Monday - Friday
NO TIME OFF around the holidays will be accepted.
Requirements:
- Epic experience required.
- Must have strong adult primary care experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Will need to know how to type, work on computers, and have strong customer service experience in this role.
- De-escalation may be required in person or over the phone.
- MUST have a background in a medical setting and understand insurance.
- Insurance verifications will be required in this role
