As a Clerical Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by providing essential administrative support. You'll assist teams and programs by managing correspondence, organizing events, and maintaining systems. What You Will Do
- Compose, type, and transcribe correspondence, forms, reports, and presentation materials.
- Route written communications to the appropriate recipients.
- Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email, including screening visitors and handling inquiries.
- Assist with preparing and facilitating meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Establish and maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Enter and verify data in computer databases, ensuring accuracy and correcting errors as needed.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform general clerical duties.
- Proficiency in typing and using computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with database entry and verification.
- Previous administrative or clerical support experience.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
•
At least one (1) year of related experience preferred.
•
Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills preferred.
•
Ability to perform a wide variety of clinical skills as related to ambulatory patient care preferred.
•
Ability to problem-solve preferred.
•
Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills preferred.
