About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Medical Support Assistant (OA) as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors located in Primary Care Family Health MTF Oceana Naval Air Station. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Serves as the initial point of contact for patients presenting for appointments.
Schedules appointments for patients requiring a variety of examinations.
Record keeping, answering telephones, appointment booking, and patient check-in.
