Completes request forms.

Monitors patient appointments.

Schedules appropriate patient care milestones.

Receives patients and visitors as the initial point of contact.

Maintains all patients' records.

Files original medical documentation in the patients record.

Notifies appropriate staff of the patient's arrival.
