About the Position: Incumbent will serve as a Medical Assistant at AT Augusta Medical Military Center. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Retrieves information from automated systems.
Completes request forms for patient orders.
Relays messages and cancellations.
Schedules patient appointments.
Provides information to others concerning hospital policies.
Maintains patient files.
