About the Position: n: Camp Pendleton is a large US Naval medical treatment facility in Oceanside, California, part of the United States Military Health System. Located in Camp Pendleton South, California, San Diego County. This position is with the Directorate of Medicine, Emergency Medicine department. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Receive patients and/or visitors in person or telephonically.
Record and relays messages and/or redirect calls.
Update patient tracking board to support optimal patient flow and ensure continuity of care.
Schedule appropriate patient appointments and, schedules or coordinates patient appointments with other clinics or specialties.
Provide proper discharge/follow up documentation, literature and instructions to patients and ensures patients' understanding.
