Job Description:

• Perform routine laboratory investigations and process patient specimens, including blood and other body fluids, in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct haematology tests, including blood film microscopy, malaria parasite screening, reticulocyte counts, coagulation studies and other specialised procedures.
• Perform blood bank services, including blood grouping, crossmatching, antibody screening, blood stock management and transfusion reaction investigations.
• Handle laboratory administrative duties, including specimen registration, result retrieval, telephone enquiries and maintenance of accurate patient records.
• Monitor quality control results, perform routine equipment checks and maintenance, manage laboratory inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance programmes, proficiency testing and continuing education, while supporting shift duties and other operational requirements as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in haematology and blood bank testing
