Medical Transcriber (Polish)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Polish Medical Transcriber to support the development and quality assurance of our speech recognition solutions. The ideal candidate is a native Polish speaker with a strong command of Polish grammar and linguistics, combined with professional-level English skills. This role requires great precision, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and independent task management. This role is a starting point with opportunities to expand responsibilities as we grow.

Key qualifications & skills

• Native proficiency in Polish, with excellent knowledge of grammar, syntax, and linguistic nuance

• Professional English skills (written and spoken)

• Experience in medical transcription. Reviewing and validating medical speech data for AI training is highly valued.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy

• Technical confidence and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Willingness to travel to Finland (travel reimbursed), especially at the beginning of employment
