Daily Responsibilities of a Medicare Enrollment Representative:
- Process member enrollment related transactions from various data sources
- Research and resolve member issues received from various different sources
- Maintain data within various tracking tools related to outcome of research of various issues
Hours for this Medicare Enrollment Representative Position:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of previous experience as a Medicare Enrollment Specialist
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare field
