What You'll BringEssential- 3+ years of experience in backend software development
- Strong experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems
- Experience working with databases, caching technologies, and message brokers/queues
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software quality practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience within e-commerce or other high-transaction environments
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating impactful user experiences
- An excellent communicator with strong English language skills
- Proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable taking ownership

- Currently living in the Netherlands
- Gross monthly salary between €3,943 and €5,632 (based on a 40-hour workweek
