Medior Business Project Manager – Data

We are looking for a pragmatic and delivery-oriented Business Project Manager to support data-related initiatives, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements. The role requires autonomy, organization, and strong collaboration between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the MEVO backlog independently.
• Follow up on change requests and ensure proper communication with stakeholders.
• Review and improve the end-to-end MEVO process.
• Define data access profiles and support the automation of access management.
• Process incoming requests for access to centralized data.
• Gather, clarify, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate communication between business and technical teams.
• Monitor development progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve open issues.
• Support various data initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in Project Management and/or Data-related projects.
• Basic understanding of data concepts and challenges.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint and collaborative tools.
• Pragmatic, autonomous, rigorous, and delivery-focused.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex business requirements.
• French and English: professional proficiency.
• Dutch: a plus.
