Medior QA Engineer – Test Automation

We are looking for a Medior QA Engineer to ensure the quality of digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-based applications within a complex logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements and define test strategies.
• Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, system, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Test and validate REST API integrations using tools such as Postman.
• Identify, document, and follow up on defects.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Support UAT, release validation, and acceptance processes.
• Monitor test progress, report quality risks, and contribute to continuous QA improvement.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience as a QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer.
• Strong experience with Playwright and test automation.
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, SQL, Git, and REST APIs.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and shift-left testing.
• Experience with UAT and defect management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• ISTQB Foundation certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Azure/cloud environments is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or maritime environments is a plus.
• Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency; English is an advantage.
• Willingness to undergo the required security screening.
