How do you help make a difference?

As a Medior Quality Analyst ATMS/IMS Real Time Operations, you contribute to the quality, reliability and release readiness of systems and services within RTO (Real Time Operations) by supporting and executing end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects. You help ensure alignment with business objectives, quality standards and delivery timelines, with a scope covering functional testing, SQL database testing, API testing, test automation, quality governance, reporting and telephony/contact center testing including Genesys Cloud.

What is your role at Ypto?

As a Medior Quality Analyst, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • You lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards and delivery timelines.

  • You define, implement and continuously improve test strategies, test plans, test policies and quality assurance processes.

  • You analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring completeness, consistency, testability and traceability, and conduct risk assessments with mitigation plans for critical business requirements.

  • You organize and facilitate Test Readiness Reviews, Defect Triage Meetings, Go/No-Go assessments and Release Quality Assessments, and manage the complete defect lifecycle with effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

  • You manage test environments, test data preparation and test execution campaigns across Test, Acceptance and Production environments, and ensure complete requirements traceability through test scenarios and test cases.

  • You provide quality reporting, KPIs, dashboards and executive-level recommendations regarding release readiness, production deployments and continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards and testing processes.

Why is this job a good fit for you?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology.

  • You have at least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Technical Tester.

  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST, SOAP, authentication, error handling and related integration aspects.

  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with relational databases.

  • You confirm availability to work in a hybrid model with at least 2 days onsite per week, currently Tuesday and Thursday, which could evolve based on the needs.

You also possess these technical skills:

  • You have proven experience in end-to-end testing, including test planning, execution, reporting and release validation.

  • You have strong experience with API testing using REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI and SoapUI.

  • You have strong knowledge of database testing and advanced SQL querying in SQL Server and/or Oracle environments.

  • You have experience designing, implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks and automated test scripts. In back end and/or front end.

  • You have experience implementing QA activities within CI/CD pipelines and applying quality gates throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

  • You have strong skills in requirements analysis, traceability management and risk assessment.

  • You have experience managing the complete defect lifecycle and supporting Go/No-Go and release readiness decisions.

  • You have experience managing test environments, test data preparation and test execution campaigns.

  • You have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud and telephony/contact center testing activities.

  • You have a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • You apply strategic thinking with a strong focus on quality and business value.

  • You have excellent communication and reporting skills, including the ability to present quality status and recommendations to senior management and executive committees.

Asset:

  • You have excellent communication and reporting skills in English, written and verbal, including clear and structured communication skills in English for reading, writing and understanding.

  • You have professional proficiency in at least one of the national languages, French or Dutch; Dutch or French language proficiency is a must.
