Medior SAP IS-U Functional Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Medior SAP IS-U Functional Analyst to support the maintenance and improvement of business processes within the utilities sector (electricity and gas). The role covers functional analysis, SAP configuration, integration, testing, and business support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Configure SAP IS-U according to business needs.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Support development teams during implementation.
• Perform unit testing and contribute to test plans.
• Define use cases and execute end-to-end (E2E) testing in integrated environments.
• Support business teams during testing and resolve identified defects.
• Prepare user and training documentation.
• Report progress and issues to the IS-U responsible.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP IS-U Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U, particularly:
  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Device Management
  • EDM
• Proven experience with SAP configuration.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes, preferably electricity and gas.
• Experience working for an electricity/gas Distribution System Operator (DSO).
• Strong ability to write functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with functional testing and integrated E2E testing.
• Experience with modelling tools is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP IS-U implementation projects is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects is an advantage.
• French: B2 level.
