Job Description:

Provides statistical forecast input and performance data for use in sales and operations planning. Develops plan to align supply and demand to meet customer requirements. Evaluates and implements solution and ensures alignment with marketing & sales in development of the consensus forecast. Participates in demand review process. Implements and operates forecasting software and supporting systems. Monitors and reports on performance metrics in areas of quality, cost, and delivery in support of the key supplier scorecards and business reviews. Identifies and makes recommendations for forecast improvements. Prepares monthly reports within specified time frames. Utilizes multiple statistical models to develop and drive consensus forecasts for assigned business segments.

Coordinates surplus obsolete, projected usage, and other inventory planning/and reduction activities. Analyzes information such as consumption rate, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment. Develop reports to keep service management aware of potential trends, shortages, back orders, and status of service parts as required. Communicates with supervisor, vendors, staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns. Provides information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.
