【美國模組廠】廠長 U.S. Plant Manager – PV Module Manufacturing

【主要職責】
-領導太陽能模組廠（PV Module Factory）之全面營運與團隊管理。
-實際參與並監督模組產線操作（hands-on），熟悉串焊、層壓、EL 測試、IV 測試等製程設備。
-建立並持續優化製造流程、SOP、品質控制與維修保養制度。
-執行產能規劃、成本管控、材料使用效率與良率提升。
-主導設備引進、試車與驗收（FAT/SAT），並協助技術導入與人員培訓。
-負責工廠安全、環保、工時與合規相關作業，符合美國當地法規。
-與總部協調 ERP / MES 系統導入與工廠數據數位化建置。

【徵才條件】
>具備太陽能模組廠之實務生產經驗者優先。
>具備美國製造廠或中大型電子／能源工廠管理經驗者佳。
>熟悉模組製程設備運作，具備實作維修與異常排除能力。
>具備成本意識與製造財務報表理解能力，能推動效率與利潤改善。
>中英文流利，具備跨國溝通與彙報能力。
>須具美國合法工作資格尤佳。

【Key Responsibilities】
-Lead overall operations and team management of the PV module manufacturing facility.
-Participate hands-on in and supervise the module production line, including stringing, lamination, EL testing, and IV testing equipment.
-Establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes, SOPs, quality control, and maintenance systems.
-Execute capacity planning, cost management, material efficiency improvement, and yield enhancement.
-Lead equipment procurement, commissioning (FAT/SAT), and assist in technology deployment and staff training.
-Ensure plant safety, environmental compliance, labor management, and adherence to U.S. regulations.
-Coordinate with HQ on ERP/MES implementation and digital factory operations.

【Qualifications】
>Prior hands-on experience in PV module production is strongly preferred.
>Experience in U.S. manufacturing plants or large-scale electronics/energy factories is a plus.
>Familiarity with PV module process equipment, with ability to troubleshoot and repair.
>Strong cost awareness and understanding of manufacturing financials to drive efficiency and profitability.
>Fluent in Mandarin and English, with effective cross-border communication and reporting skills.
>U.S. work authorization is highly preferred.
