1. Familiarized with final testing process optimization.熟悉final testing的作業。
2. Modified machine capability/function to meet planning schedule for any conversion of part number or package change根據生產計畫需求，針對品號轉換或封裝變更，調整機台功能與性能。
3.Debug owner machine problems routinely & review machine troubleshooting record daily and provide immediate action to meet production output負責機台日常除錯作業，每日檢視機台故障紀錄，並即時採取對應措施，以確保生產達成。
4.Efficiently produce/control spare parts to sustain machine smooth running through tool life span evaluation, overhaul, PM & calibration. 有效控管備品管理，透過工具壽命評估、大修、預防保養（PM）與校正，確保機台穩定運行。
5.Testing the machines: POWERTECH 4100A, TESEC 4324-KT, and Agilent 4284A.操作測試機台設備，包括 POWERTECH 4100A、TESEC 4324-KT 以及 Agilent 4284A機型
5.Install and buy off new equipment to expend package capacity and sustain new process/product implementation 安裝並完成新設備的驗收流程，以擴充封裝產能並支援新製程與新產品的導入。
6.Familiarized with COHU NX-16/ NY-20/NY-20 machine conversion and problem solving熟悉 COHU NX-16、NY-20 等機台的轉換作業與問題排除。
