負責封裝與測試之產能分析、成本計算與 Cost down 目標分析，主導廠區 Layout 設計，機台產能規劃、CAPEX評估、機台請購與交期監控，確保產能符合訂單需求。

Responsible for capacity analysis, cost calculation, and cost-down target analysis for assembly and test operations. Leads plant layout design, equipment capacity planning, CAPEX evaluation, equipment procurement, and delivery monitoring to ensure capacity meets order demand.

【主要職責】Key Responsibilities

一、產能分析 Capacity Analysis

1.封裝與測試產能分析，擴充計畫建議與進度跟催，確保產能符合訂單需求
Analyze assembly and test capacity, recommend expansion plans, and follow up on their progress to ensure capacity meets order demand.
2.機台標準 UPH、OEE 量測與監控
Measure and monitor standard equipment UPH and OEE.
3.計算人員 UPH 及人力需求，包含編制數、撥補策略、加班率標準制定
Calculate labor UPH and manpower requirements, including headcount planning, staffing replenishment strategies, and overtime rate standards.
4.人機比量測與分析，操機與非操機人力改善案推動
Measure and analyze operator-to-machine ratios, and drive improvement projects for both direct and indirect labor.

二、成本計算與降本 Cost Calculation & Cost Reduction

1.建立產品成本分析模型，分析標準成本與實際成本差異，提出改善建議。
Build product cost analysis models, analyze variances between standard and actual costs, and propose improvements.
2.評估 cost down 專案，進度追蹤，達成產品標準成本目標。
Evaluate cost-down projects and track their progress to achieve standard product cost targets.
3.追蹤降本專案導入後之實際成效
Track the actual results of cost-reduction projects after implementation.

三、廠區 Layout 規劃 Plant Layout Planning

1.機台 Layout 規劃、協調與確保執行
Plan equipment layout, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure execution.
閒置機台盤點與汰除
Inventory idle equipment and manage its disposal.
2.人、機、料動線規劃與最佳化，空間利用最大化
Plan and optimize the flow of people, machines, and materials to maximize space utilization.

四、報表系統與績效管理 Reporting Systems & Performance Management

1.建置並維護生產效率相關報表，並與 CIM 團隊合作，建立系統化管理機制。
Build and maintain production efficiency reports, and work with the CIM team to establish systematic management mechanisms.
2.生產會議指標產出，議程掌控，Action 進度追蹤與確保執行。
Prepare KPIs for production meetings, manage the agenda, and track action items through to completion.
