【Role Summary】

We are seeking a motivated IT Site Support Analyst I to support Taiwan operations by maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient IT services and infrastructure. This role collaborates with global IT teams and covers end-user support, networking, cloud technologies, security, and IT operations.

【Responsibilities】

• End-User Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and mobile devices; provide user training.

• Infrastructure & Systems: Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, Cisco networking, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Azure, GCP, and business-critical systems.

• Regional & Global Collaboration: Work with global IT teams on regional support, IT projects, and technology rollouts across Asia.

• IT Administration & Governance: Ensure IT security and policy compliance, manage IT assets, vendors, purchasing, ITSM processes, and ISO 9001 audits.
