【美商上市電源大廠】IT Site Support Analyst

【Responsibilities】

Infrastructure & Systems Administration：

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms (VMware).
• Maintain enterprise network equipment (Cisco switches/routers), LAN/WLAN/WAN, and cloud services (Azure/GCP).
• Manage site facilities systems including meeting room AV, access control, CCTV, IP telephony, and print servers.
• Execute routine server maintenance and security patch updates during scheduled maintenance windows.

Governance & Operations：

• Oversee local IT asset lifecycle, purchasing, vendor contracts, and telecom/ISP services.
• Support ITSM processes (incident, problem, and change management) and assist with ISO compliance/audits.
• Ensure local IT alignment with corporate policies and security standards.

User Support & Project Collaboration：

• Deliver day-to-day IT support for hardware, OS, software, and mobile devices across local offices.
• Partner with corporate IT teams on global rollouts and regional IT support in Asia as needed.
• Provide end-user guidance and evaluate technology solutions to meet operational needs.
