【美商】設備工程師(產能與成本分析)(Equipment Engineer_Capacity & Cost Analysis）

負責封裝與測試之產能分析、成本計算與 Cost down 目標分析，主導廠區 Layout 設計，機台產能規劃、CAPEX評估、機台請購與交期監控，確保產能符合訂單需求．
【主要職責】[Key Responsibilities]
一、產能分析(Capacity Analysis)
1.封裝與測試產能分析，擴充計畫建議與進度跟催，確保產能符合訂單需求
Conduct packaging and testing capacity analysis, propose expansion plans, and follow up on progress to ensure capacity meets order demands.
2.機台標準 UPH、OEE 量測與監控
Measure and monitor machine standard UPH (Units Per Hour) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
3.計算人員 UPH 及人力需求，包含編制數、撥補策略、加班率標準制定
Calculate operator UPH and manpower requirements, including headcount planning, staffing/allocation strategies, and overtime rate standards
4.人機比量測與分析，操機與非操機人力改善案推動
Measure and analyze the machine-to-operator ratio, and drive improvement projects for operating and non-operating labor.

二、成本計算與降本(Cost Calculation and Cost Reduction)
5. 建立產品成本分析模型，分析標準成本與實際成本差異，提出改善建議．
Establish product cost analysis models, analyze variances between standard and actual costs, and propose improvement recommendations.
6. 評估 cost down 專案，進度追蹤，達成產品標準成本目標．
Evaluate cost-down projects, track progress, and achieve product standard cost targets.
7. 追蹤降本專案導入後之實際成效Track the actual results and effectiveness after the implementation of cost-reduction projects.

三、廠區 Layout 規劃(Factory Layout Planning)
1. 機台 Layout 規劃、協調與確保執行Plan, coordinate, and ensure the execution of machine layouts.
2. 閒置機台盤點與汰除Inventory and phase out idle equipment.
3. 人、機、料動線規劃與最佳化，空間利用最大化Plan and optimize the flow of personnel, machines, and materials to maximize space utilization

四、報表系統與績效管理(Reporting Systems and Performance Management)
1. 建置並維護生產效率相關報表，並與 CIM 團隊合作，建立系統化管理機制．Build and maintain production efficiency-related reports, and collaborate with the CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) team to establish a systematic management mechanis
2. 生產會議指標產出，議程掌控，Action 進度追蹤與確保執行．Generate production meeting metrics, manage meeting agendas, and track/ensure the execution of action items.
