THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A MEMBER BILLING SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with scheduling flexibility based on departmental and operational needs.

As our Member Billing Specialist, you'll review account balances, research discrepancies, process payments, prepare deposits and accounting entries, and respond to member billing inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll support membership retention efforts, collaborate with colleagues across departments, assist with special projects, and maintain knowledge of AHN programs, Salesforce, RingCentral, and accounting systems.

OUR IDEAL MEMBER BILLING SPECIALIST

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle as needed
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on department needs
• Ability to sit at a computer for 6-8 hours daily
• Ability to stand for 1-2 hours daily
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. regularly

At least one year of cash-handling experience, one year of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with Accounting Seed and Salesforce are preferred.
