At EasyHealth, we’re transforming the healthcare experience by putting members first. As a Member Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in building trust with our members and ensuring they receive timely, personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Schedule a variety of appointments for practitioners, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication.
• Proactively reach out to members to remind them of upcoming appointments, follow up on care instructions, and reschedule or cancel visits as needed.
• Assist with patient message callbacks, delivering timely and thoughtful responses.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with members, caregivers, clinical staff, and vendor partners.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all member interactions in our systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure members receive a seamless and supportive experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, member-first mindset.
• Previous experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare-related role preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using scheduling software and electronic health systems (training provided).
• A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
