Member Experience Specialist (Teller)

At our Rockland Branch, we’re looking for enthusiastic, service driven individuals to join our team as Member Experience Specialist. This role is more than just helping members with transactions, it’s about delivering a warm welcome, offering knowledgeable guidance, and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels valued, supported, and heard.

In the Member Experience Specialist role, you will be responsible for greeting and engaging members primarily in person and, when needed, through online channels or by phone to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service. You will quickly identify the purpose of each visit or inquiry, complete requested transactions with accuracy and care, and seamlessly connect members with the appropriate team member for specialized support.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with no weekend hours, offering an excellent work-life balance while providing the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact on our members' financial well-being
