Member of Program Staff - Enterprise Deployments

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful rollout of the platform to large-scale enterprise clients. You will drive the entire deployment lifecycle, translating complex customer workflows into actionable technical execution, and creating processes that streamline onboarding and maximize customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for enterprise customers, from scoping through go-live
  • Translate customer accounting workflows into configuration and integration plans the technical team can execute against
  • Build and refine repeatable onboarding playbooks that reduce time-to-value with every new deployment
  • Leverage internal AI agents to automate deployment checklists, flag configuration gaps, and generate customer-specific documentation
  • Identify blockers early, escalate precisely, and keep delivery timelines honest
  • Serve as the primary point of trust for enterprise stakeholders throughout implementation

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing technical deployments or implementations for enterprise software products
  • Strong ability to translate business workflows into technical solutions and actionable plans
  • Process-oriented with a passion for building and iterating on deployment playbooks
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to increase quality and efficiency
  • Excellent communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, maintain timelines, and build trust with enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools
  • Ability to maintain and manage complex context across customer requirements and implementations, using AI to automate and optimize the entire deployment process
