Member of Program Staff - Program Management

You will be instrumental in driving the company forward by ensuring alignment and operational excellence across all key functions. You will play a strategic role in managing and optimizing processes that empower teams to deliver impactful results efficiently. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable processes in a dynamic environment, leveraging technology to enhance visibility, and ensuring high-quality execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to maintain a unified direction and achieve company objectives
• Design lightweight processes that enhance visibility, ensure accountability, and minimize unnecessary overhead
• Deploy AI tooling to synthesize standup updates, monitor commitment drift, and proactively identify project risks before they escalate
• Oversee tracking of commitments and surfacing of risks to ensure that nothing critical slips through the cracks
• Own and evolve internal reporting rhythms—including standups, reviews, and planning cycles—to make meetings truly valuable and actionable
• Build and refine the operational infrastructure needed for a small team to execute with outsized impact and agility
