Build and maintain infrastructure for AI employees, focusing on secure execution, orchestration, and state management within a distributed systems environment.
As a Member of Technical Staff on Agent Infrastructure, you'll own the systems our AI Employees run on. You will be working on forward-looking problems where there are little to no established patterns.
Areas you may work in:
- Secure execution environments for agent-generated work
- Agentic orchestration across complex workflows
- State and memory management across long-running tasks
- Agent reliability and latency optimizations
- Agent observability
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have built distributed systems or backend platforms
- Have shipped agents into mission critical products
- Have debugged complex agentic problems
- Are comfortable where there are few established patterns
- Want to work in person in San Francisco
Even better:
- You've worked on agent harnesses, orchestration layers, or execution frameworks
- You've built sandboxing or isolation systems
- You contribute to open source projects
