Summary

Join an internal engineering team at a fast-growing fintech building AI agents that do real operational work end to end — writing code, maintaining knowledge, and diagnosing/repairing issues — plus the infrastructure for humans and agents to collaborate. Full-stack engineering with agent SDKs and LLM tools, on-site in New York.

About the Role

Join an internal team of builders and engineers focused on bringing AI deeper into the workflows of a fast-growing financial technology company. You will develop agentic systems that handle complex work end to end and help shape how people and AI collaborate.

What You'll Do

  • Build and improve AI agents that carry out real operational work, including systems that can write code, maintain knowledge, and diagnose or repair issues.

  • Identify workflows that can be substantially redesigned or automated using increasingly capable models.

  • Develop the infrastructure, interfaces, and operating practices needed for people and agents to work together.

  • Work directly with internal teams and users to understand workflows, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.

  • Take ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and ongoing performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer, with experience at fast-paced, venture-backed startups.

  • Strong expertise in at least one full-stack language, with a product-minded approach to engineering.

  • Hands-on experience building agents and using multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools beyond basic chatbot applications.

  • Sound judgment about which models and tools suit different use cases, and an interest in dramatically improving workflows through automation.

  • Experience working autonomously on ambiguous problems, with strong ownership and a record of career progression.

  • Ability to understand business workflows, work directly with users and internal teams, and translate feedback into product improvements.
