About the Role

Join an applied AI team building systems that bring intelligent agents into real business workflows. You will help shape new ways for people and agents to work together, with the goal of automating complex work end to end.

What You'll Do

  • Gather feedback from internal teams and clients, iterate on solutions, and take ownership of whether projects ship and work well.

  • Identify opportunities to automate entire workflows and improve how humans and agents collaborate.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to fifteen years of experience building products from 0 to 1 as a full-stack engineer, with strong ownership at a fast-paced, venture-backed startup or AI-native company.

  • Fluency in at least one full-stack language, with a product mindset; experience with TypeScript, Python, and related infrastructure is relevant.

  • Hands-on experience with AI agents, agent SDKs, and LLM tools beyond basic chatbots, plus thoughtful views on choosing models for different use cases.

  • Ability to reason from first principles, handle ambiguity, work autonomously, and understand the business workflows behind the systems you build.

  • Strong product judgment and ability to work directly with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and improve products.
