Reflection is hiring a Member of Technical Staff (Applications) in New York, San Francisco, or London to build dashboards, admin tools, self-service workflows, and customer-facing product surfaces — owning end-to-end delivery across UIs, APIs, authentication, RBAC, and audit trails, and turning early prototypes into production components.
You will build dashboards, admin tools, self-service workflows, and customer-facing product surfaces. Responsibilities
- Build internal product surfaces, including dashboards, admin tools, and self-service workflows
- Own end-to-end delivery across UI, APIs, authentication, RBAC, and audit trails
- Integrate customer environments and adjacent systems
- Productionize prototypes into reliable, maintainable platform components
- Translate ambiguous product requirements into system designs and usable interfaces
- Improve platform patterns and defaults using delivery learnings
Requirements
- Full-stack engineering experience delivering production-grade applications end to end
- Experience owning UI, API, and authentication delivery layers
- Experience integrating external systems or customer environments
- Ability to build systems from early prototypes
- Cross-functional communication skills
