Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers
- Lead engineering efforts for internal and customer-facing product surfaces
- Make targeted individual-contributor contributions to the technical stack
- Prioritize work and manage projects
- Guide technical and architectural decisions for scalable, robust user experiences
- Translate cross-functional needs into system designs, interfaces, and reliable customer integrations
- Raise technical judgment, prioritization, communication, and execution standards
Requirements
- Experience building, mentoring, and growing engineering teams
- Ability to lead a team of approximately 10 people
- Deep full-stack engineering experience delivering production-grade applications
- Strong coding ability
- Experience across UI, API, and authentication layers
- Experience integrating external systems or customer environments
- Ability to guide strategy and execution
