Responsibilities

- Guide ingestion and orchestration architecture
- Build scalable compute and storage foundations
- Enable experimentation through a unified data layer
- Establish data quality, lineage, and governance signals
- Manage cost and performance guardrails
- Conduct design reviews and make architecture decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Data engineering experience
- Experience owning production-grade pipelines at large scale
- Staff or principal-level individual contributor experience
- Engineering leadership experience or readiness
- Knowledge of ingestion, orchestration, storage, processing, data quality, lineage, or reproducibility
- Experience with modern data systems
